My child swam in the meet but I didn't see his picture on the website.

While every effort is made to photograph every child in a meet, there are many logistical reasons why your child may not be photographed. Access to the pool deck provides a good but not perfect vantage point from which to photograph your child. The pool deck is a very crowded, high traffic area. Meet officials, coaches and other swimmers sometimes provide physical obstacles that cannot be overcome. To ensure that the viewing public has an unobstructed view some vantage points are simply unavailable to the photographer.

Can I copy pictures from your website or duplicate the pictures I purchase?  

All pictures contained on this website and any photographs purchased are protected under the Copyright laws of the United States of America. These images and photographs cannot be copied or duplicated without permission.

When can I expect the pictures to be posted? 

Pictures will usually be posted within 24 to 48 hours of the last meet session.

How long after I order until I receive my pictures?  

You can generally expect to receive your pictures within 2 weeks from the time you place your order.

Will the picture I purchase look like the one on the website?  

No. The images on the website are low-resolution images that are designed specifically for the web to allow quicker loading and viewing times. Photographs purchased will be processed using a high-resolution photographic image. It will be color corrected and cropped specifically for the size ordered. Cropping removes unnecessary or unwanted parts of a photograph to help focus the viewers attention on the subject. It will usually result in the swimmer being a more prominent (larger) part of the final print. If you prefer that the picture is not cropped tightly please note this in the comments section when you place your order.

Why can't I access the pictures from today's meet?

All the galleries of photographs on this site are password protected to ensure privacy. The password for your meet was printed in the brochure that was distributed at the meet. If you didn't receive a brochure or have forgotten the password please contact another parent or a representative from your swim club.

What if I don't want my child's picture on the Internet.

We understand that some parents may be apprehensive about having their child's picture on the Internet. To help ensure privacy all the meet images are password protected. If you still do not want the picture included on the site we will remove it immediately upon request.
